Why can't it be Saturday now?

I ordered my new Voodoo Canzo 29er from the Path a week ago. It should arrive today and they'll have it built tomorrow. Instead of waiting for them to ship it to NorCal, I'm driving down Saturday morning to pick it up, get fitted and go play a bit. A lady friend I'm seeing is doing the Danskin Disney TriAthlon on Sunday, so I'm going to stay, cheer her on and even hang out with Mickey for a day.

 I'm having no bike anxiety. Is it Saturday yet?  

 I sold my old bike when I got a good price 2 weeks ago, but that left me bikeless. In the mean time, I've been jogging with the dog and rolleblading to cross-train. It just ain't that fun. I want to get a little dirty and go WEEeeeeeee! 

 Yeah, I'm a dork.

  I only recently got back into riding, so having no bike is a bummer. I'm here at work, wasting time because I can't get it off my mind.
